1. Return items with the brand tag/ box in their original condition
Any of our handmade items must arrive with an original box. If you wish to return any unwanted item(s), please ensure this returns tag remains attached. Items which are returned to us with any part removed or used may not be accepted and may be returned to you without refund.
2. Apply label to your parcel
While you return your item to us, please use standard tracked shipping and also include details of your order, personal details and the best way for us to get in touch with you; otherwise we will be unable to process your refund for the postage.
