Refunds, if approved, may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Miss Lavish London.
Bulk & High-Value Order Policy
Orders above $100, including retail, bulk, and B2B purchases, are processed through dedicated production allocation, packaging, and international logistics.
Due to the nature of these orders:
- Refunds to the original payment method are not applicable
Approved cases may qualify for:
- Store credit (valid for future purchases), or
- Partial refund (25%–40%), subject to review
