I typically wear a size M in US women's clothing. I consulted the size chart and ordered M. It fit perfectly everywhere except the bust, which was too tight, to the point that the buttons over my chest were straining. I have a small bust, so this is never an issue for me, but it was with this blouse. In spite of this, I liked it so much that I ordered another one in L, and that one fits in the bust but now the neckline is too loose and it falls off my shoulders and exposes my bra straps. Very disappointed that the sizing is so off, as the blouse itself is very pretty. :(
