Ordered one of these and received a defective item (chipped buttons) that they apparently hoped I wouldn't notice. Submitted a return claim and ordered a replacement. The replacement they sent was GROSS. It was a previously returned item with no tag and clearly opened packaging. It smelled weird (kind of pungent) and had long, black hair all over it. Who on earth would send that to a customer?? Immediately went back in the bag obviously, it was gross to even touch it. Will be returning for the second time.
